Getting in Shape

Ok, so I'm tired of loathing my body and have decided to do something about it. I've ordered a book that I know has helped a few of my friends not only lose weight, but improve their physical abilities. I shall use this blog to post my achievements (and yes, even failures...though I'm not fixated on failing, mind you) as a form of motivation. What? Potential humiliation is so totally motivational.

How come I like your body so much, and you give it such a hard time? If you weren't so much fun to talk to, your body and I might just run away together!
